SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 1-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We take great care in packaging your candle to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your candle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. To receive your refund, you must return the candle in its original packaging and in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please contact us.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Customers.  We do not accept checks or money orders. Payment must be received before the candle is shipped. WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We offer wholesale options for our candles to customers who would like to purchase larger volumes. Our wholesale orders come with a discounted price and free shipping for orders over $200. We offer a variety of candle scents and sizes to accommodate any need. If you are interested in our wholesale options, please contact us for more information. We will work with you to provide a custom quote and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to providing you with wholesale candles to fit your needs.
